I have always wondered what filter coffees were all about and why they were such an art to prepare. I went down to one of my favourite cafes in town, Glyph Supply at 111 Somerset, to learn more about the math & science about coffee, and brew my very own artisanal cup!

I highly encourage you to check out their cafe when you can – high ceilings, chill ambience, great coffees and bakes (you even can bring your own beans to roast in their in-house roaster!).
